If someone who has this article would choose to scan it and move it into
.pdf format one of us on this reflector would probably be willing to post it
on their web site. If they can only scan into a .jpg, .gif or .tif file, I
will be happy to make the conversion to .pdf . If you don't know what those
abbreviations mean it is best to simply delete this message and wait for
information on where the article could be viewed.
