Topband: Stew Perry hours

I'm trying to figure out whether to pull an all-nighter on this one.
Is there enough activity between midnight PST (0800 UTC) to
about 3AM (1100 UTC) to make it worth while staying up?

In the past I've always knocked off at midnight, and started up again 
at 3 AM.  I've always wondered if I missed much.
