Mine is the third harmonic of local KAVL on 610 kHz, about 5 miles away.
It's been there 24/7 ever since I moved to this QTH in 1975. Years ago
it was S9 until a group of us local hams confronted the station engineer
with the problem. Soon afterwards it calmed down to S0, where it remains
today.
It still covers up any weak dx on 1830 kHz, however!
