Topband: Beverage Box Help

I have a ZJ Electronics Beverage box here that has bit the dust. It is the 
80/160 meter model with preamp and band pass filter. I think the transistor in 
the preamp is inop. It is a very small surface mount unit that is marked "AOJ" 
on the top. Does anyone have any ideas on a source for a suitable replacement?
