I guess it was just being in the wrong spot at this time of year.
They cut a wide swath along the East Coast and also into the upper mid
west...but big guns like W8JI in Georgia and others in Alabama, Miss.,
La., and here in Texas suffered. Their long path openings mornings to the
left coast were well after our sunrise.
Shucks, though, this is what makes Top Band such a pleasure and a
frustration, isn't it?
During the HS operation last fall, they were 599 in here one morning then
nil for the rest to their operation.
Top Band, ya just gotta love it!!!
