Hello reflectees !
For the fellow topbanders in EU that still need a few rare states, here is the
good news. Today i met KJ0M -South Dakota,W0ZTL North Dakota and W7ZQ from
Wyoming on topband. All had solid sigs in EU. I guess thats really a great
opportunity for the WAS-minded topbander.These are hard to come by states by
any means !
Besides that, central EU had a westcoast wrap-up even down here. From N6FF and
W6RJ up the coast thru N6TR/7 to W7EW&K7TJR and N7UA and finally VE7UZ and
VE6EX,VE6WZ plus numerous other west coast stns, all a European topbander could
ask for, was available
I think a few SM-stations even worked WAS on 160 today. This might be the
weekend to go to bed early and wrap it all up in the hours b4 sunrise. Good
