but not the 160 op who was AH7C):
The Prop was interesting. Based on the forecast BEFORE we started we
anticipated ZERO on 10/12/15 and took no antenna. When we heard
those bands WERE open WE MADE antennas and worked what we could hear.
Same comment for 160. I expected to only hear a few but the 160
inverted VEE apex at 80 ft or so and the ends up 10 ft or so nearly
over salt water really worked well. Everyone I KNEW wanted 160 CW
made it. Very good run from the east coast of VE/USA to JA on 160.
