Fellow Top Banders,
I'm trying to catch up on QSL's from QSO's that go back a
number of years. I should have taken care of this sooner
but didn't. I would appreciate any tips on obtaining QSL's
from the following stations. I have sent QSL's out using
routes found on the Internet but so far no luck with these
folks. Thanks for the assistance!
