Have built BOG two wire Beverage boxes for others, I decided to convert my
close to the ground E-W Beverage to a two wire. The wire used was WD-1A.
I thought the wire was a combination of copper and steel strands similar to
what we used in my military days of the 1950's. The WD-1A wire was totally
copper colored and was not even slightly attracted to my magnet. It reminds
me of Beryllium copper. Anyone have knowledge of the actual wire
composition?
(The antenna works well)
