Topband: Attention Eu - ZL3IX in CQ 160 SSB

Will operate at the low end of the band on CW (not in the test).

Condx to Eu at the moment are too good to pass up, so I will try to be 
on CW around my SR Tx 1808, Rx 1813.  Hopefully the SSB QRM will not 
bother us there.

If you have ZL on 160, please call only if condx are poor and there is 
little or no pileup.  Let's give some more of the little pistols a shot 
at ZL!
