Try your builders' supply or hardware distributor for nylon insulated soft
(3003) aluminum under the trade name of 'Dand-o-Line.' Stock number 123149,
from Anchor Wire. It is sold for clothesline.

There is also a galvanized steel version that is more common: S/N 123148,
same manufacturer.

They are packaged in 50' hanks, 600' to the box. The trick is to get boxes
that have 12 contiguous coils.

I have priced the aluminum at the distributor at $250.00/5M ft. spool, FOB
Tennessee. That's $0.05/ft. Sure beats copper!

There may also be a stranded version available.
