For a T, the sum of the vertical wire plus half the top wire
should be 1/4 wl for resonance.  For example, a 90 ft vertical
needs an 80 ft top wire if 1/4 wave is considered 130 ft.
This is a rule of thumb; for exact answers use NEC.
