Topband: Recent Conditions

Conditions during the last couple of weeks; SFI around 68, A=0, and K=0, with 
the
oval quiet to super quiet apparently does not mean diddily-squat when trying to
work the rare stuff in Asia.

What is missing, and how do we tell when it is in play? Are there other charts I
need to be looking at?
