When I send out a qsl for 17m or 160m, I write both 17m and 18 MHz on that
card, and 160m and 1.8 MHz on that card. I have also heard chat room 160m
qsos when it was obvious the two stations didn't qso by radio. ARRL
deserves a lot of credit for having good field checkers, or doing the checking
at
HQ. It is too bad it has come to this for the reasons listed. 73, Bob W7LR
