Hi Top Banders,

Has anyone ever added the extra position bandswitch wafer
SW-100 http://www.harbachelectronics.com/main/page_products_other_parts.html
Replacement Band Switch Wafer for Heathkit SB-200 & SB-220 and
subsequently, additional 160m components to the SB-220?

I am aware of the AG6K article @ http://www.somis.org/add-160m.html
but am looking to stay away from relays.....just add extra 160m parts using
the bandswitch, or else eliminate the 80m position altogether (very last
resort).

I fear my MLA 2500 has bitten the dust and am not looking fwd to "doing the
Stew" with only 100w.

Cheers,

Ampless (on 160m) in FN66na
