Yes, this is the way to do it. OD5NH was getting this bad rap too. You don't
need to send a SAE to OD5NH either as he returns it via postcard - avoids
suspicion by the police. Registered mail is quite expensive however.

That's not really true. My first QSL for 160 to Lebanon for 8 April,
2011 QSO was not answered. I e-mailed Gabby on 25 July, and got an
immediate answer that he had not received it.
I sent a second, also to his p.o. box 70647, Antelias, Lebanon
address, BUT REGISTERED, on 26 July. He e-mailed me that received it on 12
Aug. I received his card on 1 Sept.
Remember POSTAL THEIVES are active in many countries. If you really
want a card, you my have to use Registered mail.
