I concur with VE3CSK. The K3 works great as I am mainly 160 CW. It is the
best for hearing the ones down in the noise...
Plus, being retired military, I do not buy 'Rice Boxes".....

Being retired military and a ham since 1955 I fail to see why it matters in
the 21st century.
OTOH if the K3 bugs are finally worked out to MY satisfaction it is an
option Id consider.
