Topband: DX Conditions

Well propagation seemed really good last night, I popped on at 3 different
times. 

Several RBN skimmers across the pond kept giving me (and other EU stations)
reports of over 30dB above the noise (which is as good as it gets) . . . 

Yet I only worked one NA station.

Was it a lack of activity? Or one-way propagation?
