Hi Steve and gang. I thought the cloud had either an excess or absence of
electrons with respect to ground mounted ojects that caused a strike. Based
on that premise, isn't that why tower grounding helps to make the tower more
or less "invisible" to the cloud and helps prevent strikes?
After reading this thread, I realize that my tower is seriously in need of a
better ground system. :-(
