Joe,
Get a lawyer and he will get you a postponement. When you get shot down
because of lack of preparation and ground work, you make it harder for
everyone else in the hobby in Concord to put up a tower. Your fight is not
just yours, you represent all of us hams and we should not suffer because
of your loss.
The MT. Diablo Radio Club has over 500 members that have been through
this
before- use that resource.
