[TowerTalk] Hy-Gain 10 meter trap

I'd be interested in seeing Roger measure the traps from a KLM beam.

I'd really expect them to have much higher Q, as the inductances are
made from large diameter aluminum tubing, which should have lower
skin effect losses than traditional trap coils.
