I'll be moderating the Amateur Radio and the Law (Getting It Up and
Keeping It Up) Forum at the Dayton Hamvention on Saturday, May 17 at
4 pm. Speakers include Chris Imlay, ARRL General Counsel, Fred
Hopengarten, K1VR, Bob Cherry, K2HBX, and Tim Ellam, VE6SH.
Topics include: protecting yourself from CCR's when shopping for that
new QTH; presenting the best case for a variance/special use permit;
recent nuisance/rfi cases and other matters of interest.
Please try and attend to help fill the room and meet many of the
HL posters. The Forum is presented at the MHS High School auditorium
near
the Hamvention, and there is a shuttle bus to and from the front door
of the arena. (If we get a good turnout I'm sure that next year we'll
get a better room and time).
I hope to see many of you there.
