[TowerTalk] IIX sidearm opinion?

What experiences (good or bad) with the IIX sidearm assembly?  I am especially
interested in the sidearm itself (the angle iron arranged in a Z form with
the two pieces of tubing held with muffler clamps) and how it has held up
in use.
