prb does nothing in my opinion/experience ....i fought a 3yr battle and
lost a lot of time and money.......i moved. a lot of the trouble
we find ourselves in can be traced to 40 years of liberal rule!!

Couldn't agree more on that last point. However, on PRB, we already have a
test case that was won in this federal district, so I believe all we need do
now is force the Peoples Republic of Concord to comply. Still no trivial
matter, but a hell of a lot easier than starting from scratch. I'm no lawyer
either, but that's what the experts seem to say.
