Hi, Jim --

THE Jim Cain? Welcome to TowerTalk.

Are you asking specifically about towers or pressure in general?

     How about:

10 psf 50 mph
14.4 psf 60 mph
20 psf 70.7 mph
30 psf 86.6 mph
40 psf 100 mph
50 psf 111.8 mph

Let me know if you need more.

Take your antenna load and look up the Rohn (or other manufacturer's
specs) and make some intelligent decisions. BTW, possession of the Rohn
catalog is the first thing you should have if you're going to be doing any
tower planning/speculation. It's a wealth of technical and construction data
that's useful even if you don't put up a Rohn tower. TOWER TECH has them for
five bucks. (TOWER TECH, Box 572, Woodinville, WA, 98072).

73 and keep the questions coming, Steve K7LXC
