Some new ballasts operate at RF frequencies (competition with cellular
services?). These are sometimes installed in business complexes where they
supposedly save money. You will probably
not run into one of these - But......

None of them is an RFI source. Be sure to test fixtures before mounting
them. (I did) Make sure the safety ground is firmly connected to the
housing.
