[TowerTalk] Comtek and DX Engineering switches

Can someone tell me if Comtek or DX Engineering are still in the remote
antenna switch business and have recent experience with their service?

I have one of each of their switches and one went out, probably due to some
lightning. Both switches have been up in the towers 4-5 years. 

Also, as a back up, I bought at a ham flea market an Ameritron RCS-4 with
no manual, that uses coax as the power supply  carrier, in addition to the
RF signal. Should the power/RF coax go right after the transceiver? As in a
power limit within the RCS-4, exists?
