[TowerTalk] TVI Filter

I am looking for a TVI filter like the one Rat Shack used to make,
part #15-581.  This is a "balanced" filter, having 300 Ohm twinlead
input screws for both input and output.  These have been
discontinued by RS, and are long out of stock.  Anyone have a source
for something like this?
