Hello everyone,
Thank you all for your responses on the problem. It must have been a
bad reading to the MFJ by broadcast stations. We checked the
antenna today and it did check out fine with a rig and swr meter.
So eveyone who is close to a broadcast station and uses a MFJ 259 at
high heights to check your antenna beware, it may not be correct.
Thank you all for your suggestion and ideas. The project moves
forward, and in a positive direction. That sure makes everybody
working on it feel good.
