Initial review finds the downloaded version full of errors, omissions
and misleading directions:
First: The references in the instructions do not match their counter-
parts in the worksheet. They are somewhat obvious, but not that
clear.
Second: The worksheet leads you through detailed calculations, and
then at the end, leaves you hanging... what do I do now ??
This may create a new "cottage industry" for folks willing to do
the calculations for others, followed by the litigation from those
who do not understand.
I think it needs a little tinkering here and there, but on the whole
it will be beneficial to us all, if done right.
