I'd like to meet a PE who would alter ( under reasonably normal
circumstances ) any engineering drawing from Rohn. Talk about going out
on a limb..
I suppose the whole thing revolves around whether the PE actually does
any work, or merely
waits a day or so, and then "rubber stamps" it. If the PE delivered the
complete results of his
own work, I would be satisfied.
