HI!
I just erected my two segment fabricated crank up tower. The winch is
lifting the more or less 220 lb second segment ( including rotator and
antenna ). I used a 1/4 inch steel cable to lift the second segment. Is
this thick enough? Does anyone know the lifting weight capacity of a 1/4
inch gauge steel cable? Unfortunately no specs were available from the
wire vendor.
