[TowerTalk] TA-36 vs. Classic 36

Using stripped coax center cond. and insulation (i.e., sans shield and
outer cover) inside a tube on an antenna works gud until the unprotected
center insulation breaks down--as happened on my Hustler beam-- Then its
hell to fix if you think to look there early in your troubleshooting.
