[TowerTalk] Wire Antenna for vacant lot next door

Hi all,
        My next door neighbor has a vacant lot between us and I thought I would 
put 
it to use. Is there such a thing as a low band sloper antenna that can be
end-fed
from a 50' mast already attached to my house and sloping down to ground
next door
with ground radials attached to that end and buried in the ground? If so,
where would
I find the details of such an animal?
