[TowerTalk] CDE 40 rotor

Hi All

I'm using a CDE AR-40 here on the 20 meter beam, and it quit stopping
where it was supposed to.  It just keeps going 'round and 'round.  What
causes this.  I had to put a switch in line with the AC cord to stop it.
