Explained better,
I wired my SA-2060 during assembly (1982) so that:

Bypass Position is ............... RF goes to Coax 1, bypassing the tuner
Coax 1 Position is ................ RF goes to Coax 1 thru the tuner.
Coax 2 Position is ................ RF goes to Coax 2 thru the tuner. (I
never use this)

All you have to do is wire the switch configuration slightly different.
