[TowerTalk] Limited swing rotator

What small rotators can easily be set up for a limited range?

I can put up a 80M rotatable dipole, but won't have a full 360 degree
swing available, in fact won't have quite 180 degrees available, so
I'd like a small rotator that will keep me out of trouble.
