[TowerTalk] New at the site

For those interested, I have placed some notes on a rotatable extended
Lazy-H at the site under the upper HF section as "A Nearly Universal
Back-Up Antenna for the antenna Farm tha Has Everything Else."  THe
antenna is not new (going back to W2EEY), but perhaps the potential
application may be.

I hope the notes are useful to someone.
