In answer to numerous requests, the link for the Texas Legislature On-line
that contains a copy of the .txt file of the "Texas Tower Bill" follows:

In the blank box for the Bill Number, type in "HB1345" and select "text" as
the option and when the menu for that page comes up, click on "Engrossed
Version" to get the final text version of the bill, which is available
either as WordPerfect 6 file, a .HTML file, or an ASCII .txt file.
