Please disregard the posting I made a while ago regarding
the adequacy of a particular concrete base for self-supporting
Rohn 45.
It turns out that I misread the spec on Rohn 45, and the
tower sections are a lot stronger than I thought, so design
of the concrete base is important and non-trivial. I should
have quit on this thread while I was ahead.
