Mike and Scott are missing the point George (and I) had raised:
that is, the currents in the capacitors will double if the filter is
tuned to the next lower band (ie, filter on 40, rig on 20) because the
cap is directly across the driving point, so long as your rig keeps putting
out power.  This may lead to overheating of the caps, the major failure
of these filters based on what has been written over the years.
