Consider a 500-600 ft rotator cable run to a T2X.

Consider using 2 romex cables.

If I use 12/3 or 14/3, each will have 4 wires for 8 total. I only need
6 if I put the cap at the tower. Thus I could COMBINE wires and have 2
"pairs" for the motor control. The official HyGain rec is 2x #10 and 4x
#14 for those wires, although many have said I MIGHT get by with less,
especially for "the other 4".

So, how would 2x #12 or 2x #14 compare with 1x #10? I don't know how to
work with wire gauges as far as combining effects or equivalency
regarding voltage drop etc. Surely I could use 2x #12, but how far off
would 2x #14 be? That stuff is hard enough to work with, and I want to
use the smallest acceptable cables. THANKS The tower is going up this
weekend!
