[TowerTalk] G-800S problem

I had the same problem with two G-800S (non preset models).

Cured both by isolating the ground prong on the 115VAC plug on the
controller.  I have no explanation as to why this worked but it fixed my
G-800 and my buddies at a different QTH.

I bought one of the gray 3 prong to 2 prong adapters at the hardware store
rather than clipping the ground prong from my rotor controller........good
luck.
