Manuals available free online at several places. Do a search for it. If you
can't find, send me direct (off reflector) and I will find it for you.
Problem could well be the brake is engaged and won't release. Of course it
could also be mechanical, but by and large the motors in those things aren't
powerful enuf to damage anything!
