For completeness, here is the announcement posted on Will-Burt's
web site:

Orrville, Ohio - The Will-Burt Company announced today the
acquisition of the assets and all mobile tower products of the
Tri-Ex Tower Corporation of Visalia, CA, formerly a division of
International Tower, Incorporated (ITI). This new line of
products will become part of Will-Burt's telescoping mast
and lighting division. The purchased products will be marketed
by Will-Burt as Tri-Com Mobile Masts, both domestically and
internationally. Will-Burt expects to manufacture the new
product line in Orrville, Ohio, creating several additional
jobs within the mast and lighting division.

The acquisition consists of towers, antenna masts, and mast systems
for PCS, cellular, and microwave markets, and masts used in tactical
mobile military applications. Tri-Ex has been a provider of masts
and antenna systems for the US Military since the early 1980's, and
currently has masts fielded in numerous military programs including
QEAM, ASAS, and others. In the past decade, Tri-Ex mast systems
were deployed in Desert Storm, Somalia, Panama and operations in
Bosnia. Tri-Ex also provided complementary services including
engineering, program management, and field support. According to
Walt Stashkiw, General Manager of the Mast and Lighting Division,
"The addition of these products to our line will permit us to fill
virtually every need of our customers in commercial, HAM radio, and
military markets."

With the acquisition of these products, the Will-Burt Company
strengthens its position as the largest manufacturer of telescoping
masts in the world. The combined technologies of these products
and the Will-Burt Company's existing product offerings position
the company as a single mast and tower solution for all markets,
with a diverse product line unlike any other manufacturer.

Will-Burt, operating under an ISO9001 Certified Quality System
and based in Orrville since 1901, currently employees 350 full-time
associates who handle all phases of the manufacturing process, from
tool and die development to fabrication, complex assembly and
delivery. Will-Burt prides itself on the design and engineering
of turn-key, value added projects, and includes in its customer
base some of the largest companies in the United States, as well
as government and military accounts worldwide.
