[TowerTalk] Tic Ring problem

The motors already have an RF filter board in line with the leads, which I
assume would take care of noise from the motor, but maybe the design is
deficient.  There has been some speculation that it's a grounding problem
between the ring/antenna and the bracket/tower.

How about .01 disc caps between the motor terminals and ground?  That seems
to be the cure-anything for motors in the ARRL RFI book.
