I was given a CREATE Model 218 2 yars ago with same problem, no manual.
I contacted Creative Design Corp, 4-8 Asano, Kawasaki-Ku, Kawasaki-City,
Japan and received a manual in several weeks. I really used an e-mail
address and sent asking if manual was available and it was great the
response. I am sorry to see Create not sold here as the 218 (10/15
dou-bander is really nicely constructed). No does not beat the
monobanders but it does OK. Better than the HyGain 10/15 dou-bander.
Think a search for "Creative Design Corp" will get you the info. Snail
mail will work also.
