[TowerTalk] TicRing / C31 or 19 XR info?

Looks like the Gate Side Mounts for a Rohn 25 will not work for the Force 12
C19 or 31XR.  So now I'm looking at the TIC-Ring Rotors.

Any info on these and users who may already be using these rotors for the
C19/31XR Antennas?
