Some time back after installing my first tower I described a simple and
effective scheme here on TowerTalk that I have implemented to help protect

I still use my grounding switchboard every day and I no longer worry about
when storms come through. This arrangement makes it real easy to develop and
maintain a good habit of disconnecting the rigs and grounding the antennas
whenever you are not operating.
