There are two tables in the Handbook that will do the trick for you.  One 
tells you the attenuation for a particular type of coax and the other tells 
you the additional loss due to SWR.  They are in the paragraph on 
transmission lines Figures 19.4 and 19.5 in the 1999 edition.
